Google Chrome is Scanning ALL the Files on YOUR Computer…

Not only are the tech and social media giants (like Google) trying to silence American voices and only allow leftist lies to get out to the public, not only are they reading every e-mail you send, copying every picture you take, and spying on you 24/7…

They are also scanning EVERY file on your personal computer.

I think all Americans want to be spoon fed lies, silenced, and have their personal thoughts and work perused and judged by Democrat traitor weirdos who think they are a “yellow-scaled wingless dragonkin” and also “an expansive ornate building.”

On top of tracking all the websites you visit and sending it to Google’s servers, Chrome web browser is now scanning all your private files in the interest of “safety.”

From Vice:

The browser you likely use to read this article scans practically all files on your Windows computer. And you probably had no idea until you read this. Don’t worry, you’re not the only one.

Last year, Google announced some upgrades to Chrome, by far the world’s most used browser—and the one security pros often recommend. The company promised to make internet surfing on Windows computers even “cleaner” and “safer ” adding what The Verge called “basic antivirus features.” What Google did was improve something called Chrome Cleanup Tool for Windows users, using software from cybersecurity and antivirus company ESET.

“Upgrades,” “security pros often recommend…”

Truly embarrassing.

In practice, Chome on Windows looks through your computer in search of malware that targets the Chrome browser itself using ESET’s antivirus engine. If it finds some suspected malware, it sends metadata of the file where the malware is stored, and some system information, to Google. Then, it asks you to for permission to remove the suspected malicious file. (You can opt-out of sending information to Google by deselecting the “Report details to Google” checkbox.)

It’s totally not about getting all your data to sell to advertisers and manipulate your politics, it’s all about keeping you safe, folks!

Google’s not trying to swallow all the data in the world, they’re just expanding their “services” to include scanning all your files without your knowledge, nor explicit permission!

  1. Not only it sucks as PC browser in comparison to Firefox or even IE, it’s a hell of a challenge to remove once you decide to say goodbye to that piece of libtard crapware. Use provided uninstaller, and get a gazillion of protected registry entries that must be removed one by one. Took 40+ minutes of my time. NEVER AGAIN!

  2. Long live Linux!
We blocked all Google content as standard, but still use duckduckgo which in 2012 was reportedly owned by Google, (
That’s our little weakness, A commercial browser.

Yet we also have virus checkers.
Now if you wanted to target intrusiveness, then they are your babies.
Not only do they look at every file you’ve got AND your registry.
They monitor your comms, email (unless you use a third party off PC type) and I’ve been told by various industry experts, that if you let automatic virus updating, some packages leave a port open for anything nasty to enter.

Add browsers and automatic updates to software, drivers, and OS.
Not forgetting the big OS’s happily key logging you to “ensure your browsing safety”.

    Wanna be totally safe?
    Unplug and write letters.

    1. It may be worse than this…I hope not, but my wife and I were discussing getting ads on our site, and the next three days sites I normally visit had ads for WordPress “WordAds.” Are phones listening in even when they’re not being used, and then tailoring ads to users? If so, what is done with all the other things people say? Database?
GOD forbid! We expect and demand absolute privacy in our home, vehicles, etc. I NEVER want some Google dweeb or government bureaucrat sifting through our thoughts, or anything else.

      1. Privacy and security used to be important to everyone. The 911 – False Flag in order to take our rights. People want to be protected more than they want their privacy and to be left the hell alone. That’s how they do it, they out people into a position to ask for it. Oh please, please protect me from the big bad boogey man, when it is the boogey man that are begging for protection. A big roundy round. It goes round and round, and by the time it ends, there is nothing left, and the assholes want our guns, so they can turn us into Venezuela.
I don’t know about where you are located, but where we are, it is obvious that people are getting dumber. Round here, they’re dumber than dirt. If the cashiers did not have a cash register tells them how much money to transfer across to the other person, no transactions would ever complete.

        1. I agree the “Patriot Act” opened a door for Obama and others to use the act against Americans. I also agree that society has been “dumbed down” somewhat and “institutionalized” to accept less privacy, freedom, and personal responsibility. I hope I don’t run you off, but I don’t think 9-11 was a FF. I have to trust the interpretation here, but this video has Bin Ladin discussing the attacks…(Surprised YouTube still has it up)

“We calculated in advance the number of casualties from the enemy, who would be killed based on the position of the tower. We calculated that the floors that would be hit would be three or four floors. I was the most optimistic of them all. … (inaudible) Due to my experience in this field, I was thinking that the fire from the gas in the plane would melt the iron structure of the building and collapse the area where the plane hit and all the floors above it only. This is all that we had hoped for.” Sheik: “Allah be praised.” Bin Laden: “We were at … (inaudible) when the event took place. We had notification since the previous Thursday that the event would take place that day. We had finished our work that day and had the radio on. It was 5:30 p.m. our time. I was sitting with Dr. Ahmad Abu-al-(Khair). Immediately, we heard the news that a plane had hit the World Trade Center. We turned the radio station to the news from Washington. The news continued and (there was) no mention of the attack until the end. At the end of the newscast, they reported that a plane just hit the World Trade Center.” Sheik: “Allah be praised.” Bin Laden: “After a little while, they announced that another plane had hit the World Trade Center. The brothers who heard the news were overjoyed by it.”
          What say you?

          1. Naw, you ain’t gonna get rid of me just because we differ in some of our thoughts. Like I said, it is more interesting, if people voice their own opinions, and beliefs, it gives everyone else something to think about. And who knows, one day the other, you or I, may actually change how we feel about it. But for now, I am just glad to converse with someone who still has a brain, and can converse intelligently.
Please excuse any type-o’s my “r”s and “n”s are acting up. I have one of those mechanical keyboards, that if they key starts acting up, you can fix it. Guess it is time to find out,

              1. Sometimes, I work so much I have trouble getting back here. If I fail to respond to you, know that I am in the middle of writing a legal brief, and can’t get here. I hate not being able to spend more time here with my blogs, but money is money, and I love it when attorneys have to pay me….
